Describe yourself in one word.
What do you love the most about creating art in New Orleans? What particular part of your immediate environment, in your neighborhood specifically influences your work?
I'm inspired by the diversity, the complex relationship between the cultures, and the constant visual bombardment. In all neighborhoods, we find unintentional messages waiting to be discovered.
Describe your creative process. Are there any rituals or rites of passage you exercise before you begin a new piece?
No process, it just happens - it never turns off.
Where do you draw inspiration?
Who are your artistic influences or gurus?
Depends on the day - Cave art at the moment.
In New Orleans, art and music go hand in hand. What type of music, band or song lyric best describes your work?
Where can we find you when you are not creating art?
Traveling the world or exploring the Deep South.
What is your favorite time of day/day of the week/month of the year?
The time of day that photographs happen to happen. Don't usually know what day of the week it is... Month of the year - April.
What is something people don’t know about you? A fun fact.
I'm a highly sarcastic vegetarian.
