I was born and raised in New Orleans. From a very young age, I loved drawing and creating in vibrant colors. After attending the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts throughout high school, I moved on to get my BFA in Drawing from Pratt Institute in New York. My paintings developed after a long hiatus in which my work was digital. In 2014, broke and disenchanted with the art world, I moved back to New Orleans and found myself with only the materials I used for painting in high school. It was then that I really fell in love with painting as a medium. I am now happily re-teaching myself to paint in my own way at my studio in the Bywater.MID-CITY
