I am an abstract artist born and raised in New Orleans. I attended LSU where I graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Making art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but I didn't get serious about my practice until 2016.
My work primarily focuses on movement. Movement of the brush across the canvas, movement of my body making the work, movement of the paint. It's a daily reminder to keep evolving and pushing myself. Without movement you'll forever stay in the same place, and who wants that?

My creative process is pretty simple. It revolves around my mood and energy level. There's a certain feeling I get when I'm ready to create that feels like butterflies. I guess it's restlessness or a need to get something out. I can't force it.
